This home is built in a cozy older neighborhood in Waunakee and was designed to fit nicely in the neighborhood.
The house has a large front porch with partial brick pillars, black metal Azek impressions railing with a drink rail. It also has maintenance free Timber tech decking and skirting. The exterior has a nice combination of masonry, LP siding and Pella lifestyle windows with ILT grills.
When you walk in you will find 19' ceilings with an open stair case to the second floor and plenty of natural light. The main floor and second floor have solid 4 1/4" hickory flooring and in the basement we used LVT flooring. All of the showers in the house are tile along with tile floors.
The main level includes the primary suite, and there are also two bedrooms upstairs and two in the basement.
The basement includes a nice large workout room and sitting area. The house has maple cabinets and granite counter tops throughout and a large pantry off of the kitchen.

The main floor offers ten-foot ceilings with three-panel 8-foot tall doors and large cased openings to keep things open in the main area. You will find many built-in cabinets throughout the main floor as well. At the back of the home is a large sunroom with cathedral ceilings and a fireplace to enjoy packer and badger games. Off of the sunroom is a large deck with a built-in grilling area and all maintenance-free decking and railing that leads to a nice fenced-in backyard.
