The Madison Area Builders Association (MABA) has been hosting a Parade of Homes event in June since 1950. MABA hosted the First Annual Fall Parade of Homes in October of 2020. This was the Madison Area's first scattered-site Parade of Homes. Unlike the clustered-site Spring Parade of Homes in June, featured Fall Parade homes were individually spread across Dane County and surrounding areas, allowing visitors to see homes in a variety of neighborhoods at a variety of price points.
