What is the Parade of Homes?

The Parade of Homes, hosted by the Madison Area Builders Association, showcases newly constructed homes from leading local builders throughout the Capital Region. Think of it as a coordinated series of open houses, giving you access to new homes you might not otherwise get to explore while discovering the latest trends, designs, products, and technology in home building. One ticket gives you access to all participating homes throughout the Parade.

What is a scattered-site Parade of Homes?

A scattered-site parade features individual homes to tour in a variety of neighborhoods. The 2026 Madison Area Fall Parade of Homes features newly constructed or remodeled homes to visit across Dane County and the surrounding areas!​

What types of homes will be featured?

A variety of home types are featured in the Fall Parade - from modern farmhouse to craftsman, suburban to rural, model to custom - guaranteed to appeal to any taste!

What price points will the featured homes have?

The Fall Parade features a variety of price points varying from starter homes to multi-million dollar homes.

Where will the featured homes be located?

The Fall Parade Homes features homes located across Dane County. Homes will be located in rural, suburban, and lakefront neighborhoods.
