A larger mudroom welcomes you to the lower level. Vive expanded the family room, added sleek built-ins and floating shelves, and built a combination office/yoga space for work or relaxation. What was an awkward in-law suite is now stairs (relocated) and a mechanical and laundry room.

 

Upstairs, the former three-season porch now integrates into a larger great room and sitting area. A window wall captures picturesque lake views, connecting the interior spaces with the stunning surroundings. A new fireplace with shiplap and a Douglas Fir timber mantle warms the space.

 

The kitchen has become a chef's dream, featuring cabinetry in a Tundra finish, quartz countertops, a brick tile backsplash, a large island, a coffee bar, and a nearby walk-in pantry. The relocation of the stairs and bathroom creates a dedicated dining area perfect for family meals. Reconfigured sleeping quarters feature a primary suite, three bedrooms, and a bathroom.
